Manic Monday...

It's not even 10 o'clock yet and I have made meals & desserts for Caelan for the next two weeks and a big pot of spinach and lentil soup for David and I. Busy busy busy... Caelan quite enjoys being in the kitchen with me when I am cooking and whether or not he is taking it in or not, I tell him what I am doing - he could be the next Jamie Oliver you never know!?! However, at around 9:00 he got bored and went down for his nap ;-)

I finally got a clear photo of Caelan standing up! He used his chair to support himself... it's a bit low so he is leaning a bit forward, but he got there all by himself :-) We are so proud of him!!

Not long after he was drinking his water on the floor and he fell asleep! Soooo cute! I had to get a quick photo before I picked him up and took him upstairs for his nap... All that standing must have knackered him out....

We got a call yesterday from our brother in law, Martin, inviting us to join him and Caelan's cousins Adam and Grace at soft play, so we thought that sounded like a fab idea! Caelan had his morning nap so we thought he'd be fine - but unfortunately he fell asleep in the car on the way there and missed out! How he slept once we got there I don't know... there was a birthday party and children running around everywhere! David seems to think I'm the same, apparently I can sleep anywhere!  

Oh, I think I can hear Caelan starting to stir... It's time for his bottle! Have a great Monday!
