Grammy's here!!!

First of all, I just have to say that I made it to Heathrow Airport all by myself! I have only driven to a few local shops and had not yet been on a motorway so I was a bit nervous to put it mildly! Caelan and I set off at 6am and we arrived safely just after 7am. I gave Caelan his breakfast in the car after he woke up and then we went inside. I figured the best way to pass the time was to go to a restaurant where Caelan could sit in a highchair. I left behind the buggy to make room for Mom's 2 large suitcases (he's not going to be spoiled much?!?!) and Caelan is a bit heavy to carry for an extended period of time. Initially, we just walked around for a bit as I thought Caelan might be still be full from his banana and yoghurt. We also made a few friends, it's amazing how friendly people are when you have a baby - especially when he's a smiley baby! By the time we went to the restaurant, we were both hungry! We were there for just over an hour before making our way to the chairs just near the doors.Unfortunately, Caelan fell asleep just before Mom came through just after 10am. But Grammy still managed to get her cuddles! He knew straight away it was his Grammy and he was all smiles when he woke up!

We have been chilling out over the last few days and have done a bit of shopping (but not too much though Dad!) Mostly, we have just been enjoying each other's company! More photos to follow... 2 more days and... well we all know what happens don't we?
