This past Tuesday was Pancake Tuesday... This brought back memories of last years Pancake Tuesday which was in March, not long after Caelan was born. In true Canadian style I made fluffy pancakes with maple syrup, instead of the flat pancakes that people tend to prefer in the UK. I am so glad that I got David to see my way on this one... We of course had to share the occasion with our new baby! I think a picture will tell/show best what I am trying to say...
Poor Caelan with a plate of pancakes and a jug of maple syrup on his little legs! I thought the sooner the better in terms of getting him in tune with his (half) Canadian roots... lol This year of course Caelan can eat pancakes! I put in a few blueberries and he REALLY enjoyed them!
